Refund and Returns Policy

At NORMEDIUS, we are dedicated to providing high-quality website design, development, and hosting services. To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, we have outlined our refund policy below:

1. Website Hosting Services

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds for website hosting services are available only if requested within the first 30 days of the initial purchase.

  • Refund Process:
    To request a refund for hosting within the eligible period, you must contact our support team at office@normedius.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • No Refunds After 30 Days:
    After the 30-day refund period has expired, no refunds will be issued for hosting services. This includes scenarios where the hosting service is unused or partially used.

2. Website Design and Development Services

  • During the Development Process:
    We encourage clients to actively participate during the design and development phases. Clients may request revisions and provide feedback to ensure the project aligns with their requirements.

  • After Project Completion and Handover:
    Once the website design and development project is completed and officially handed over to the client, no refunds will be provided.

  • Client Approval:
    The handover process includes final client approval. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review the project before approval and handover. Any changes or issues identified after handover will be addressed as a new service request, subject to additional charges.

3. Website Maintenance Services

  • NORMEDIUS does not offer refunds for website maintenance services under any circumstances.

  • Maintenance services are ongoing and customized to each client’s needs. Clients may cancel their subscription or maintenance agreement at any time, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

4. Graphic Design Services

  • Due to the custom nature of graphic design work, NORMEDIUS does not provide refunds for graphic design services.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions and feedback during the design process to ensure the final product meets their expectations.

  • Once the design is approved and delivered, no refunds or adjustments will be made unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are not applicable for services purchased as part of a discounted package or promotional offer.

  • NORMEDIUS reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to office@normedius.com with relevant details and proof of purchase.
